Bernice de Beer
Bernice de Beer is the Founder and Director of BDB Attorneys Inc., and an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa, with full right of appearance. With more than 12 years of experience in legal practice, she leads the firm with professionalism, creative problem-solving, and an unwavering commitment to justice.
Bernice’s primary focus areas include High Court litigation, civil and criminal litigation, deceased estates and deceased estate litigation, corporate law, contract law, debt review applications, family & matrimonial law, property law, general labour law, and labour court matters.
She also manages all correspondent matters in the Vaal Triangle and oversees the Ballito branch of the firm. In addition, she manages the firm’s Debt Review Department.
Known for always going the extra mile, Bernice is deeply passionate about helping people and ensuring fairness. She is committed to being accessible to her clients, offering after-hours and weekend consultations via Teams, ensuring that clients receive support whenever they need it most.

Outside of her legal work, Bernice enjoys baking, cooking fine cuisine, and creating art. She also runs an online store as a hobby. Annarentia Müller
Annarentia Müller is an admitted Attorney, Conveyancer, and Notary Public with more than 15 years of post-admission experience in South African law. Her work is grounded in a strong commitment to property law, estate administration, family-related legal processes, and helping clients navigate complex personal and financial transitions with clarity and confidence.
In addition to her legal practice, Anna-Rentia is a registered Estate Agent with Key Properties. This unique combination of skills allows her to handle property transfers with precision while offering clients a seamless and well-informed experience from the first consultation to registration.
Outside of her legal and property work, Anna-Rentia enjoys a variety of creative pursuits. She spends her free time crafting reborn dolls, painting, and working on interior projects such as wallpaper and décor installations. George Henry Lyell
George Henry Lyell is the Founder and Director of G.H. Lyell Inc., and an Attorney with right of appearance in the High Court of South Africa. With more than 25 years of legal experience, George brings a wealth of expertise in litigation, a strategic approach, and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for his clients.
George commenced his legal career in 1998, completing his articles at Adams & Adams in Pretoria and later at Steyn Lyell & Marais, and was admitted as an attorney in March 1999. He became an associate at Steyn Lyell & Maeyane until 2001, then served as a director from 2001 to 2013. In 2013, he established G.H. Lyell Inc., where he practiced as sole director.

Celina Lesole
Ms Celina Lesole: Administrative Clerk. Celina ensures that our admin is up to date by ensuring that filing gets done a a daily basis. She is also responsible for ensuring that documents get issued and filed timeously. Celina further assists in our debt review department and ensures that follow ups are being done on a regular basis.
Celina is currently in her third year of Bacherlor’s in Education studies and passed her Afrikaans exam with distinction. In her free time Celina enjoys modelling and acting and has even appeared on Isidingo as an extra. She also enjoys spending time with her children as well as shopping.
